Project Summary

  • New construction of a single-story tribal courthouse

  • Included boilers, AHUs, VAV boxes, heat pumps, radiant in-floor heating, RTUs, makeup air units, and exhaust fans

  • Featured a large indoor fire pit served by makeup air units, hoods, and smoke exhaust fans

  • Complete mechanical system handled by KMI including sheet metal, piping, plumbing, insulation, temperature controls, and test/balancing
