  • New construction of a two-story, 70,000 SF school for the Edison Environmental Science Academy

  • Two-year project from July 2021 to September 2023

  • Included new boilers, AHUs, heat pumps, VAV boxes, and exhaust fans

  • Complete mechanical system handled by KMI including sheet metal, piping, plumbing, insulation, temperature controls, and test/balancing

  • Full commissioning and functional testing with Tower Pinkster
