    Two-year project from July 2021 to September 2023

    Included new boilers, AHUs, heat pumps, VAV boxes, and exhaust fans

    Complete mechanical system handled by KMI including sheet metal, piping, plumbing, insulation, temperature controls, and test/balancing

    Full commissioning and functional testing with Tower Pinkster
